Last night I attended my first Stampin' Up party ever. I must say it was quite fun! There was a very fun group of ladies there and Ana, the hostess, has a lovely country home way out in the boonies of Reynolds, IL. I have been invited to these several times of late and now that school is done, I felt like I could be away for the evening. Margie Cain drove those of us (Debby, Joy, Tess, and myself) from the QC metro area and I must say I have not laughed so hard in a very long time! My face actually hurt from laughing and smiling so much and it took me about 2 hours to wind down enough to actually sleep. I truly am a low keyed in the evening person who loves early to bed and early to rise for sure. Also present were Patty, her sister Kristen, Marie, and two ladies I have never met before and therefore won't be able to recall their names. Anyway, I wasn't able to spend any money but I did get a lot of cool ideas! I am hoping that once I am done sewing Maddie's summer wardrobe, I can get out my scrapbooking and card making things that I have been collecting for years but have never used. It is time, don't ya think? I do too! :O) THANKS Ana for inviting me and providing carrot sticks for me to eat! Tell Jake the dog howdy too! He is a great dog! Special thanks to Tess for sending me these pictures to use on my blog...I forgot to take my camera....sigh....
