We have arrived home all safe and sound from North Myrtle Beach and it is always good to get back home even though you have fun while away. The good news is that Sandy did just fine at the kennel, the fish all survived (even though the 7 day feeder never worked...hearty little buggers, eh?), and our Bonsai Money Tree is still green. Our trip was supposed to take 17 hours without stops per AAA website. We were planning on about 20 hours with the two kids and all the stops that takes....due to construction zone and numerous accidents, it took us TWENTY FIVE hours to reach the beach. The kids were real troopers though and I think we only heard "are we there yet" 500 times..... I have much to post but plan to do that tomorrow...right now I can hear my bed calling....did you hear it too????
