Fuzzy Caterpillar

Today Jack went to Burlington with John so that John could get the rest of the work done on the Jeep at our favorite mechanic's shop. It is worth the $20 in gas to save over $100. Anyway, Maddie and I stayed home so that Maddie wouldn't have to have a make up school day on Saturday plus I was able to get my old fashioned dress cut out for our church's annual Old Fashioned Sunday celebration on October 28th. Grandma is making Maddie's dress. While the men folk were in Burlington, Jack found a very cool caterpillar which he brought home in a jar that grandma specially made with holes in it. Here are some pictures of his "Little Feller" as Jack calls him.

So, does the color pattern on this little guy mean we're having a mild winter, or a nasty one.....? I can never remember......
